All applications to SACAT are made online. You can use a computer, tablet or smart phones.

You can apply now via our online application form.

Creating an account

For organisations who have regular interactions with SACAT, consider using a single email account. We recommend using a reception or commonly available email address for your organisation.

SACAT will send all notices of hearings, orders, and other correspondence to this email address.

Similar to the benefit of creating one Online Services account, by using one email account, staff movements will not impact an organisation’s management of SACAT communications.

Register with SACAT online services to create an account.

Operating systems and web browsers

SACAT sends correspondence via links in emails.

These links are to files in Adobe PDF format which allows larger files to be sent.

We recognise that it is impossible to test user experience on every device or browser and some features may not work on older browsers.

SACAT has tested using the following operating systems and browsers:

PC and Android

  • Internet Explorer (v11)
  • Edge Chromium
  • Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox

Mac and iPhone

  • Safari
  • Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox

Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free here.
